Role Description The Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lafayette, LA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency. The VP of Operations will collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic plans, manage projects, optimize performance, and maintain alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. This leadership position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to ensure streamlined processes and financial success.Strong abilities in Strategic Planning and Project Management, with a focus on executing long-term initiatives and delivering results on time and within scope.Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, including building and maintaining strong client relationships.Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.10+ years of experience in a senior operations role, with at least 5 years in leadership.Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and best practices is highly desirable.
