Senior Human Resources Manager (Windsor Locks)

Our client is a global manufacturing organization with a strong technical heritage and a growing U.S. footprint. They are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the senior HR leader for a complex, unionized, manufacturing facility within a regulated medical products environment. This role will be instrumental in stabilizing labor relations, rebuilding trust, and restoring strong people practices at a critical site.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the senior HR leader for a large, unionized manufacturing facility, providing visible, credible, and consistent leadershipOwn day-to-day labor relations, including contract execution, interpretation, and issue resolutionPartner closely with plant leadership while maintaining independent HR judgment on legal, ethical, and cultural mattersLead core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and complianceIdeal Candidate Profile:8+ years of progressive HR experience with some experience in manufacturing interacting with employees on the floorHas led the grievances processExperience in unionized manufacturing environmentsProven ability to operationalize labor agreementsEmotionally intelligent, collaborative, and comfortable rebuilding culture
