Salesforce Analyst
Duration: Initial commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility for the role to expand into a full-time opportunity over time (6-12 months + extension, conversion possible) Location: 100% Remote DeliveryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Operations & Salesforce Coordinator to support end-to-end business operations across Salesforce opportunity management, project financial operations, billing coordination, and cross-functional process execution. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced professional services or consulting environments and can independently manage critical operational workflows with minimal oversight. The successful candidate will serve as a central operational partner, ensuring revenue opportunities, project financials, billing processes, and internal deliverables are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to grow from a part-time engagement into a full-time role as the business expands. Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce & Opportunity ManagementManage and maintain the Salesforce opportunity lifecycle, including: Opportunity creation and progression Close date management Opportunity closure Charge code creation Budget setup Time tracking integration Billing schedule tracking Ensure data integrity and consistent data hygiene across Salesforce records Maintain accurate project financial data and forecasting inputs Hold internal stakeholders accountable for timely updates and reporting accuracy Billing & Financial OperationsCoordinate billing processes, invoicing workflows, and charge code management Support project budget setup, tracking, and maintenance Monitor financial progress against project budgets and timelines Partner with finance and leadership teams to ensure operational accuracy and financial controls Assist with revenue tracking, amortization schedules, and project financial reporting Cross-Functional Operational ExecutionDrive completion of approvals, sign-offs, and operational deliverables across teams Proactively identify and escalate blockers to maintain project momentum Ensure deadlines and operational milestones are consistently met Serve as a central operational point of coordination between sales, delivery, finance, and leadership teams Stakeholder Communication & AccountabilityAct as a highly proactive operational partner across the organization Follow up persistently and professionally to obtain missing information and ensure task completion Maintain strong communication and coordination across: Sales teams Partners Finance Delivery teams Leadership stakeholders Ensure operational gaps do not delay execution or impact reporting accuracy QualificationsPrior experience supporting Salesforce administration, opportunity management, or operational workflows in a professional services, consulting, or agency environment Strong understanding of project financial operations, billing coordination, and budget tracking Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the confidence to follow up, push for accountability, and drive completion across stakeholders Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight Experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is:Highly organized and execution-oriented Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Confident managing stakeholder follow-up and accountability A strong communicator who is proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Interested in learning, improving processes, and growing operational skill sets over time We are open to candidates ranging from experienced operations or executive support professionals to ambitious early-career professionals eager to grow within operations and business process management.Eligibility RequirementsLegal authorization to work in the United States is required.
