CrewWorks is on the hunt for customer-focused Front of House Attendants AND Front of House Supervisors to join our team here in Brisbane. All staff are employed and rostered by CrewWorks Australia Pty Ltd. and allocated to venues and projects as required. Front of House AttendantsThe Role: Front of House Attendants will be confident communicators with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest. You will support guest services, ticketing, venue presentation and daily operations within a high-volume public environment. Key Responsibilities:Ticket scanning and entry managementMerchandise and on-site ticket salesOperating POS systems and handling cashReception, hosting and customer service enquiriesManaging bookings and reservationsOverseeing immersive attractions and maintaining guest safetyFood and beverage service, including snack bar and basic bar dutiesGeneral front of house setup and cleaningSupporting venue operations and safe crowd controlKey Skills and Attributes:Experience in live events, theatre, exhibitions, or immersive attractionsHigh energy, professionalism, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident and engaging guest service styleBasic technical and operational knowledge (e.g. POS, bookings, cash handling)Understanding of health and safety requirementsReliable availability, including weekends and peak periodsFront of House SupervisorsThe Role: Front of House Supervisors will provide on-shift leadership and operational oversight. We are seeking organised, calm and proactive leaders with a passion for motivating and supporting the crew. You will thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment and will be committed to leading a front-of-house team building a culture built on understanding, respect and kindness. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage front-of-house teams, delegating tasks as requiredOversee guest flow, safety and front-of-house service standardsCoordinate on-shift crew and support daily operationsManage customer complaints and complex enquiriesOversee food and beverage service and bar operationsEnsure compliance with venue procedures and health & safety standardsOversee incident reporting and escalation proceduresSupport event setup, coordination and overall operational oversightComplete daily reporting and necessary operational documentationAssist with training of new staffKey Skills and Attributes: 1–2 years’ front-of-house supervisory experience (events, exhibitions, theatre, hospitality, or similar)Advanced interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skillsConfidence managing busy and fast-paced environmentsStrong knowledge of front-of-house operations, health & safety and service standardsProven ability to supervise, mentor and develop team membersCompetent in cash handling, reservations and event proceduresRole Requirements ( All Positions) Applicants must be able to: The ability to stand and move for extended periodsLight to moderate manual handling (up to 10kg)Working in dynamic, fast-paced public environmentsMaintaining a calm and professional manner in high-traffic settingsConditions of work:Valid working rights within Australia Consent to a National Police CheckAvailability across weekdays, weekends and peak periods Minimum 3-month availability essential commencing March / April 2026PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.Compensation details: 32-36 Hourly WagePI4ebc63d65674-37483-39855935
