Pay Rate: $22/hour
We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and knows how to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.
As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll lead from the attraction floor — coaching team members, supporting daily operations, solving problems in real time, and helping create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
Lead and support frontline Guest Experience team members
Serve as a floor leader during daily attraction operations
Coach, motivate, and develop team members in real time
Deliver exceptional guest service and support guest recovery situations
Help manage busy guest areas, queues, and attraction flow
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained
Support opening/closing procedures and daily operational readiness
Deliver team briefings and maintain strong communication throughout shifts
Assist with training, scheduling support, and team development
Step in and support operations wherever needed
What We're Looking For
Have leadership or supervisory experience in a guest-facing environment
Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume operations
Confident making decisions under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Enjoy coaching and motivating teams
Lead by example and hold high standards
Reliable, organized, and highly accountable
Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience in guest service, hospitality, attractions, or retail environments strongly preferred
Comfortable using POS systems and operational software
