Migrate and modernize with config-level changesPush toward Platform as a Service (PaaS) and cloud-native where possibleReplatform if the application can leverage Azure PaaSRehost using Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) if the application can’t leverage Azure PaaSUse Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and the Azure Well-Architected FrameworkLeverage the NTIA FSDS IL5 tenant based on the single tenant architectRequirements:Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, or equivalent experienceExperience: 10+ years cloud engineering/architecture experienceExperience with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and the Azure Well-Architected FrameworkStrong Azure, Terraform/Bicep, networking, automation, and security expertiseFamiliarity with Ansible, PowerShell DSC, and modern development tools/languagesCertification(s): One or more required certifications (Azure Architect, Azure Engineer, CISSP, etc.)Clearance: Must possess and maintain an Active Secret or higher clearanceUS Citizenship RequiredLocation: Hybrid in Washington, D.C. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
