Sr Technical Program Manager

As the Cloud Software TPM for Equipment Monitoring, you own end-to-end delivery of EM programs across cloud software — backend, frontend, and mobile. You orchestrate quarterly and half-year roadmaps, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and drive launches with measurable outcomes. You partner with hardware and embedded teams when hardware is in scope, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. You will influence product outcomes by translating technical detail into business impact and maintaining a clear program rhythm. Responsibilities:
- Translate roadmaps into detailed cloud software project plans with milestones, owners, and success metrics
- Track cross-team dependencies across embedded, hardware, IoT/Platform, Product Ops, PMM, Design, and Support
- Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to customer adoption, surfacing risks and tradeoffs
- Communicate program status and health to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting business impact
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos for EM cloud engineering
- Manage intake and triage for ad-hoc requests and implement durable process improvements
- Coordinate with hardware org TPM for devices and international rollouts to avoid gaps
- Conduct quarterly and monthly reviews of program outcomes and develop action plans from feedback
Key requirements:
- 5+ years in technical program management for large, multi-team cloud software programs
- Ability to engage with engineers on architecture and delivery risks xaygatp Strong organization and communication; experience leading across distributed teams
- Ability to define and track quality and delivery metrics and translate data into action
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment and automation to reduce manual overheadbias for actionroot-cause problem solvingcross-functional collaboration
