Job Summary: Nextech is looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations who will optimize and enhance our systems, data, and processes that enable marketing and sales to operate more effectively. Our team is responsible for accelerating Nextech’s revenue growth by building the ultimate GTM machine. We help the sales, marketing, and support teams track and deliver against operating goals, design, and implement key cross-functional initiatives, perform root cause analysis to diagnose challenges, and build / maintain the core GTM systems these teams use to collaborate and succeed every day. This role will build dynamic and automated marketing programs to drive efficiency and scalability while having a significant impact on overall company growth and revenue. The best person for this role has experience working across a variety of marketing technologies and systems to develop processes that drive leads, improve customer experiences, increase engagement, and optimize workflows. The role will report into the Director of Revenue Operations and can be based in Tampa (preferred) or anywhere in the United States. Essential FunctionsEnsure our marketing database is accurate and properly segmented, maintain data hygiene, and align with the overall go-to-market strategyWork cross-functionally with sales operations to maintain and optimize our lead lifecycle management process to increase qualified lead flowCreate, track, and manage lead and activity workflow automation from Hubspot to Salesforce to ensure Demand generation meets its contributions to sales pipelineEnsure quality and integrity by creating, documenting, and measuring lead generation automation workflows, QA processes, and SLAs across the entire lead lifecycle processBuild, execute, and enhance our lead scoring model to route and prioritize leads properly to trigger automated nurture campaigns as appropriateProvide insights into the productivity of marketing channels across campaigns, track marketing KPIs and report on campaign ROI. Establish Marketing attribution tracking, Pre and Post sales FT, LT, MT attribution and reporting of all marketing and demand gen effortsOptimize marketing automation to ensure seamless data flow among our systems and platformsOwn the overarching strategy and day-to-day management of marketing operations tech stack. Develop and operate reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into campaign performance. Facilitate regular reporting and presentation content preparationCarry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needsMinimum Requirements8 years of experience in marketing operations, in roles with increasing responsibility3 - 5 years of HubSpot experience and expertise3 - 5 years of Salesforce experienceHigh proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot and Excel.
