They offer long-term stability, technical training, and progression into more senior engineering or leadership roles over time.This role is a backfill due to internal promotion into a Supervisor position, giving clear visibility of progression within the team.This role suits an Automation Engineer, Controls Engineer, or PLC Engineer with Allen Bradley programming experience looking for a stable, hands-on role with clear development opportunities.The Role:Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled automation systems (Allen Bradley)Respond to breakdowns and complex fault finding across production linesSupport continuous improvement and engineering project workWork closely with electrical and maintenance teams in a highly automated facilitySupport high-speed manufacturing operations2-2-3 rotating night shift (7pm-7am) with ~1-2 months day shift trainingThe Person:PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley preferred)Background in automation, controls, or electrical engineering within manufacturingExperience in high-speed manufacturing (automotive, packaging, bottling, food & beverage, pharma, etc.)Troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMedium voltage / switchgear experience is a plusComfortable working a rotating night shift pattern
