The Lead Carpenter will manage and execute carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and utilizing a range of tools. Responsibilities include overseeing daily job site operations, coordination and supervision of subcontractors, ensuring projects meet quality standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver impactful construction projects. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining excellent communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.QualificationsProficiency in all aspects of Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentryExperience with Power Tools and proficiency in the use of Hand ToolsStrong skills in Framing, including layout and structural workAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsExperience leading teams or managing projectsStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanshipExcellent organizational and time-management abilities
