Job DescriptionRole: Business Analyst – Hospitality / Restaurant DomainClient: TXRH (Texas Roadhouse) Location: Louisville, IL 🔹 Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with strong experience in the Hospitality / Restaurant domain who also has expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance processes, and ERP platforms.This role will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT to analyze, define, and deliver technology-driven solutions supporting restaurant operations and enterprise systems.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business stakeholders (restaurant ops, supply chain, finance) to gather and document requirements Analyze end-to-end business processes across: Procurement & inventory (SCM) Finance (AP/AR, GL, reporting) Restaurant operations Translate business requirements into functional specifications Support ERP implementation/enhancements (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) Identify process gaps and recommend improvements Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and delivery Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business sign-off Create documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
