This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks including landscaping, minor repairs, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and can perform physical tasks in a safe and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform weed eating, mowing, and general lawn careMaintain gardens, including planting, watering, and removing weedsPick up trash and debris to keep grounds clean and presentablePerform basic repairs and maintenance as needed (e.g., minor fixes, painting, etc.)Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipmentAssist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and other upkeepFollow safety procedures and report any hazards or needed repairsRequirementsJob Requirements Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors for extended periodsComfortable working in various weather conditionsBasic knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping preferred, but not requiredAbility to safely use hand tools and power equipment (training provided if needed)Reliable transportation and consistent attendanceStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work independently and follow instructionsSalary Description$16.90
