Structural EngineerBAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a a highly-reputable AEC firm providing integrated design, planning, and building services for infrastructure and development projects in several core industries. Overview:Active on multiple project teams, working alongside project leadership to support successful project deliveryDevelop structural designs from early planning stages through final construction documentationPrepare technical reports, studies, and complete drawing packages for constructionDesign structural elements and systems for a variety of building types and applicationsCoordinate closely with internal teams across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbingCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope and requirementsSupport the development and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentationConduct site visits and assess existing conditions to inform design decisionsAssist with construction phase activities including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site inspectionsMonitor project timelines and budgets to support on-time and within-budget deliveryManage multiple assignments concurrently while maintaining quality and accuracyApply building codes and standards to establish appropriate design criteriaReview fabrication/shop drawings and provide technical inputQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering4+ years of related experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to get their PE license in 12 monthsExperience with Engineering design, Construction documentation, and Accounting and Project Management softwareBAM Workforce Solutions complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
