Job Summary Aqua Paradise Spas is a locally owned and operated business in Conway, SC, specializing in premium swim spas, hot tubs, saunas and outdoor living solutions. We're passionate about helping our customers create their own backyard paradise with exceptional service and high-quality products. We’re seeking a motivated and customer-friendly Sales & Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office duties, customer interaction, and retail sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication and organization within the office. Schedule: Flexible part-time hours and/or days as needed Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Follow up with leads via phone, email, or in person Assist walk-in customers and guide them through product selections Handle light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling Maintain a clean and welcoming storefront environment Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive buying experience Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently. Provide excellent customer service greeting customers and handling inquiries. Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date in our systems. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies. Utilize company software system for document creation, collaboration, and communication. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, retail, or administrative roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using basic office software and point-of-sale systems Friendly and professional demeanor Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google applications is a plus Great typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Effective calendar management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
