$15.50 Direct Care Staff - Carroll's House (Part Time)

JOB HOURS: Saturday and Sunday: 6:00am - 2:00pm *This position is looking for individuals willing to cover shifts, for other staff that call out sick or take vacation.* We are looking for individuals who love to work with people and make a difference in people's lives. If this is something you love to do, we would love to hear from you. We work with individuals that suffer from severe and persistent mental illness. We help them gain the daily living skills that you and I use on a daily basis, to help them gain independence and be able to live as independently as possible. We also enjoy taking them out on outings in the community whether it be shopping, bowling, trips to the mountains, trips to the beach along with other fun activities. Employees are required to stay awake for the duration of their shift. The only requirements are that you must be 18 years of age, pass a criminal background check, and complete a TB test that we pay for. We do at least one week of paid training, so no experience is not a problem! We look forward to helping train new teammates in this field of work. Employees are not limited to only working the shift times they are being hired for. May be asked to work other shift times.
