Member Experience Associate
*PART TIME Member Experience Associate:*
*MONDAY - FRIDAY 4pm-8:45pm*
*Must be available for training anytime between 9am-5pm*
Shift Expectations:
* 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning
1 hour (minimum): Continued training
* Full shift: see “Essential Duties and Responsibilities”
*Ability to work on holidays throughout the year and be available for nights and weekends if needed*
Must be willing and able to work alone at times due to various staffing shortages that can affect scheduling of 24-hour facility
*Physical Demands: *
* Standing, stooping, bending and walking at least 75% of the shift
* Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
* Must be able to periodically lift 50-75 lbs
*Job Qualifications: *
1. Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Basic computer proficiency
3. Preferred 2 years of previous customer service experience
4. Must be 18 years or older to apply
