Assistant Toddler Teacher
## Job Overview

## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the toddler curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Conduct educational activities that promote the physical, social, and intellectual development of each child
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and document children's learning and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
## Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, preschool teaching, or related field
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
