Documentation Specialist

Documentation Specialist Harris School Solutions - Remote We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to help us bring our product documentation up to date by taking an active role in identifying and documenting product features in a manner that is understandable to our end users. You will interact with our Testers, Developers, Business Analysts and Support Analysts to ensure end-to-end content is provided. You must be capable of working independently to learn the software capabilities and document them in our online content management system. In this role you will: Learn our various products by interacting with the team, using the product and referincing feature tickets in AHA Using existing templates, create easy to understand end-user documentation for our new or existing products in RoboHelp Work with existing Documentation Specialist to re-brand exsiting documentation when possible Update existing documentation when changes occur Document other items as requested Track progress and raise issues with impediments
