You know what "good" looks like and you go find it.You recover gracefully. When a guest has a problem, you don't pass it off — you own the fix, and you use it to make things better for the next person.You've managed a real team. 2+ years leading direct reports in retail, spa, beauty, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing environment. More experience = more earning potential.You're available when guests are. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (one weekend shift, not both).
