Responsibilitiesarrow_rightLead the electrical team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsProvide technical justification and support project managers in executing equipment upgradesSupport a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA cycles to engineering changes and effectively communicating status to stakeholdersParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operationsEnsure electrical safety requirements are properly defined and implemented, including risk assessments, performance levels, and PPE selectionDevelop detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and/or InventorQualificationsarrow_rightBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or production environmentProficient in AutoCAD and PLC programming/troubleshootingWorking knowledge of industrial automation systems and coordinated machineryExperience with analog controls preferredFamiliarity with control voltages, including 24V, 120V, 480V, and 4160V
