Project Architect / Project ManagerHopkins, MN (Hybrid) | Direct Hire | $90k - $115kKonik is partnering with a growing, relationship-driven architectural firm to add a Project Architect / Project Manager to their team. This is a high-visibility role where you'll take ownership of commercial projects from design through construction, manage small teams, and support long-term client relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage architectural projects from concept through construction administrationLead day-to-day project execution, coordinating internal team members (typically 2-4 people)Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project successDevelop and produce design documentation across all phasesCoordinate drawings, specifications, and technical detailsEnsure compliance with building codes, zoning, and industry standardsParticipate in construction administration, including submittals, site visits, and RFIsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersSupport communication between all project stakeholders to maintain schedule and qualityQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Registration is a plus8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project managementWell-rounded background across commercial project typesExperience managing projects and small teams in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Revit (ability to navigate and make updates as needed)Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction documentationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with financial institutions or recreational facilities (ice arenas, sports complexes) is a plusBenefitsBonus and profit-sharing opportunities401(k) with employer contributionHealth and dental benefits with employer supportPaid Time Off (PTO)Strong long-term growth opportunity within a stable firmBe the first to learn about future positions by joining our Newsletter and following us on LinkedIn!Konik is an equal opportunity employer.
