You will help shape the future of complex industries while building deep client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering work that creates visible, lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesConsumer Goods Growth & Client DevelopmentIdentify and shape high-impact consulting opportunities with leading consumer goods and branded products companies, while selectively engaging in adjacent industrial sectorsLead business development efforts within the consumer goods space by developing, presenting, and closing compelling project proposalsEngagement Delivery & TransformationLead the delivery of consulting engagements and transformation programs for consumer goods clients, driving measurable performance improvements and strong client outcomesDrive structured, innovative problem solving and effective change management, helping clients translate strategy into executionConvert project insights and recommendations into clear, quantified business cases tied to financial and operational impactExecutive & Client LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact for senior client executives, building trusted advisor relationshipsPrepare and facilitate executive- and steering committee–level presentations to support decision-making and alignmentTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and align client teams and Ingenics Consulting project teams toward shared objectives, timelines, and deliverablesProvide continuous feedback, coaching, and professional development support to consulting team membersFirm Building & Thought LeadershipApply, refine, and help train Ingenics Consulting’s concepts, methods, and tools, tailored to consumer goods challengesQualificationsGraduate degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institutionStrong business acumen and consultative expertise, with a proven track record of delivering measurable impact for clientsIndustry experience in consumer goods and products, industrial products, manufacturing, or related sectorsMinimum 7 years of professional experience in management consulting3-5 years of experience in business development and client relationship managementResults-oriented, with a focus on end-to-end implementation and sustainable outcomesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projectsFluency in a second language (e.g., German or Spanish) is an advantageStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated passion for mentoring and developing colleagues, fostering high-performing teams
