This unique position provides in-person clinical oversight to clients and behavior technicians across multiple centers. As a Float BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality ABA services by covering caseloads during leaves of absence, vacancies, new clinic openings, or special area coverage needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a rotating caseload of clients (1,000–1,200 therapy hours/month)Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and program modifications (~12% supervision or 25–30 billable hours/week)Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progressTrain, coach, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Implement individualized parent training programsCollaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teamsSupport onboarding BCBAs, DeNovo clinic growth, and area coverage needsAttend clinical and administrative meetingsEnsure compliance with all legal, ethical, and documentation standardsWhat We Are Looking ForQualifications:Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing with BACBState Licensure (LBA) as required — TX and OK mandatoryStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel between assigned center locationsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and fine motor tasksAbility to work in a variety of noise levels, from low to occasionally loudComfort with both administrative and active clinical responsibilitiesApply TodayIf you're a passionate BCBA looking for a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!J-18808-Ljbffr
