Job DescriptionHOA / Community Association Partner AttorneyRemote or Flexible (Hybrid / In-Office Available)A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced HOA / Community Association Partner Attorney to join and help lead its expanding practice. This is a rare opportunity for a senior attorney or partner-level practitioner to step into a leadership role within a growing, well-known firm that is actively investing in its community association platform.The firm offers flexibility in work arrangements, including remote or hybrid options, while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture.What You'll Do• Lead and grow a sophisticated HOA and community association practice with both transactional and litigation components• Advise condominium and homeowners' associations on general counsel matters, governance, compliance, and risk management• Draft, review, and interpret governing documents, amendments, contracts, and vendor agreements• Handle or oversee HOA-related litigation, including covenant enforcement, assessment disputes, elections, and turnover issues• Serve as a strategic advisor to boards, property managers, and leadership teams• Mentor and develop associates and support staff as the practice continues to scale• Participate in business development and long-term client relationship initiativesWhat We're Looking For• J.D. from an accredited law school• Active bar license in good standing• Significant experience in HOA and community association law• Background in both transactional (general counsel) and litigation matters preferred• Prior leadership or partner-level experience, or readiness to step into that role• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and shaping a growing practice• Board Certification in Condominium and Planned Development Law is a strong plus• Strong client-facing, communication, and strategic advisory skillsWhy This Opportunity• Well-known and respected firm with a rapidly expanding HOA platform• Significant upside and long-term growth opportunity• Flexible work structure including remote, hybrid, or in-office options• Opportunity to help build and lead a team rather than inherit a fixed structure• Competitive partner-level compensation with meaningful upside tied to growth• Supportive, forward-thinking firm leadership invested in this practice's successIf you're an experienced HOA attorney looking for a flexible, high-impact role where you can lead, grow, and shape the future of a practice within a respected firm, this is a compelling opportunity to explore.To apply or inquire confidentially, contact: Kaelan.Dea@gogpac.com
