Full Job DescriptionCMC is looking to fill our THC - Brand Manager position in our Nashville office. CMC offers a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, a dedicated mental health day, and company paid holidays. Additionally, CMC employees are eligible for 401(k) contribution after one (1) year of employment with an employer match up to 3.5%.POSITION SUMMARYThis position oversees and manages assigned supplier relationships, brand development, and new market/service growth based upon an understanding of brand trajectory, needs, and current/future opportunities. Duties include the development of monthly KPIs for representatives, and implementation of all brand sales and marketing programs to attain monthly targets by supplier, distribution execution, employee development and training. Collaborate on all assigned supplier brand focuses, ensuring CMC sales efforts are in lock-step with brand priorities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable Accommodations StatementTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.·     Primary conduit between suppliers and company infrastructure and all internal communications·     Primary conduit between Suppliers and CMC Sales Team·     Ensure communication between supplier and CMC Regional Business Managers and Sales Representatives·     Monitor and track sales execution, providing monthly and quarterly overviews to supplier partners·     Provide representative, retail, and brand performance information to suppliers as needed·     Collaboratively recommend short and long term growth strategies based on market feedback and insights·     Work with Business Development team to identify future market and service opportunities·     Ongoing brand and category trainings for sales team·     Attend industry conferences to connect live with existing partners and prospect for future partnerships.·     Attend bi-weekly HBA calls and provide CMC team with pertinent updates·     Monitor market conditions and provide updates to sales team on regulation and compliance needs.·     Update team on Supplier product innovations and new market launchesSKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 2-4 Years brand management, beverage sales experience - familiarity with THC or prior experience working within the category, requiredComputer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
