Job DetailsDescriptionAdmissions ConciergeShift: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMRate: $16 - $18/hr. (depending on experience)Job DescriptionAn Admissions Concierge welcomes new residents and their families into the facility and makes daily rounds to discuss resident concerns or issues. Ensure all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned and maintained, and beds are made and ready for new admission.Responsibilities Maintains and updates Facility orientation material for all new admissions Facilitates the completion of the patient/resident expectation questionnaire for all newadmissions Inspects and ensures all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned,maintained, and beds are made ready for new admission Welcome new residents and their families into the facility. Introduce residents tothe staff and provide a tour of the facility ensuring all questions are answered. Communicates daily with residents to ensure their needs are met.
