Billing Manager

Position Summary:An ABA company in Midwood is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead billing operations and payroll processes. This requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. The manager oversees a growing billing team, accurate payroll, and ensures billing is compliant, timely, and efficient.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to insurance and MedicaidOversee payroll across multiple states, working closely with HR and FinanceManage and mentor billing team members; set goals and conduct performance reviewsResolve billing and payroll issues; ensure compliance with healthcare and labor regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflowsPrepare billing metrics and payroll reports for leadership Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredExperience in billing/payroll, with 2+ years in a leadership roleHealthcare or ABA billing experience preferredKnowledge of Medicaid, private insurance, and payroll compliance preferredProficiency in billing/payroll systems (e.g., CentralReach, ADP, QuickBooks) Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceLeadership role in a growing behavioral health organizationWarm and Supportive work environmentGenerous PTO package
