Learn more about us at: https://www.echoprojects.co/about We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team as an apprentice-level builder and general laborer to assist in all aspects of high-end custom residential construction projects. Youll be performing a wide range of construction tasks, supporting the superintendent in all daily operations while keeping the job site clean and safe for all of the personnel. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for hands-on learning experience in foundation-to-finish residential building construction. We are looking for someone who can strive for excellence in every task - from sweeping the floor to carefully assisting in finishing carpentry work. Responsibilities: Assist experienced carpenters in the construction and installation of various structures, including frameworks, roofs, floors, and walls. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials according to project specifications. Install and repair windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition. Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Provide support in other areas of construction as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in residential construction Basic knowledge of residential construction phases and their associated trades Valid Drivers License Work truck (with lumber rack is preferred) Basic carpentry skills Basic carpentry tool setup Excellent communication skills (Bilingual, Spanish and English is a big plus) Salary and Benefits: Full Time Salary at $25 - $34 per hour, commensurate with experience.
