ERP Manager

We've partnered with a growing, multi-entity organization in the consumer goods and logistics space to find a strategic technology leader who can take ownership of their ERP environment. This person will sit at the intersection of business operations and technical architecture, with NetSuite at the core of what they're building.Responsibilities:Own the NetSuite roadmap across several business entities, driving adoption and consistency from the ground upServe as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, keeping the system clean, scalable, and aligned with how the business actually worksEnsure 3rd party tools and platforms talk to each other reliably, identifying and resolving gaps in data flow before they become problemsWork closely with Finance, Operations, and stakeholders to turn real business challenges into smart, automated system solutionsLead and develop a small technical team, setting standards and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvementQualifications:5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including implementationsProven ability to lead people and manage complex, cross-functional initiativesComfortable working across integrations, APIs, data mapping, and middlewareAble to communicate clearly with both technical teammates and business leadersBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experiencePlus:Background in manufacturing, consumer health, food/beverage, or similarly regulated environmentsExperience with advanced NetSuite automation or SuiteScript developmentExperience with 3rd party integrations such as DataNinja, Plex, etc.If you enjoy untangling complexity and building systems that actually hold up as a business scales, apply today!Please note: No third parties.
