The company is headquartered in New York City but operates remotely with staff members nationwide.About the RoleAs a Learner Experience Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for learners and the instructional team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Academics and Learner Success, you will be responsible for driving high learner satisfaction, instructor performance, and learner graduation rates. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure positive learning experiences at the cohort level. This is a full-time remote role with the flexibility to work evening hours to support part-time bootcamps.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end learner experience for multiple cohorts, ensuring high satisfaction and graduation ratesAct as a strategic consultant for instructors, teaching assistants, and learnersMonitor and report on learner success metricsLead communication and support for the instructional teamFacilitate learner progress, engagement, and career readinessAddress and resolve learner concerns and escalationsCoordinate with enrollment and curriculum teams to improve the learning experienceRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in a tech or education-related field preferredPassion for the tech and education sectors1+ years of experience in education, teaching, or academic operationsResults-driven mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborate virtuallyCustomer-focused with strong stakeholder satisfaction skillsTech-savvy with experience in technical rolesPreferred SkillsExperience in web development, data analytics, AIML, or cybersecurityFamiliarity with learning management systemsPlease note that all the mentioned times and shifts are in EST and PST.
