Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate embroidery machines for each project, ensuring accurate design placement and stitch quality
Operate embroidery equipment efficiently to produce detailed embroidered designs on garments
Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and consistency
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols in the manufacturing environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding high standards of craftsmanship
Document production details and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly
Requirements
Previous experience with commercial embroidery operation is highly desirable
Familiarity with embroidery machines and sewing techniques is a plus
Knowledge/Experience of garment types and part numbers a huge plus
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and design files accurately
Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
