Program & Project Delivery ExcellenceManage day-to-day coordination and delivery across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives, ensuring clear scope, risks, dependencies, and timelinesProduce consolidated status updates for all programs and support governance forumsMaintain high-quality documentation across programs including RAID logs, action trackers, program plans, and governance records2. Requirements Definition & Business AnalysisLead requirements gathering for enhancements, new capabilities, workflows, reporting, and harmonized processes across RLM, ICT, and Trust CenterDevelop SOWs, functional specifications, process flows, and data-related documentation for multi-program initiatives3. Enhancement & Change Management LeadershipFacilitate enhancement cycles, including feasibility analysis, estimation, dependency mapping, and readiness checksManage change requests (e.g., through JIRA) with robust visibility across programs and domains4. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Domain CollaborationEngage stakeholders across Risk, Internal Control, ICT stakeholders, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Data, DTC, and regional/global teams5. Governance, Compliance & Risk AlignmentEnsure program requirements reflect governance standards, control frameworks, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory obligationsContribute to business impact assessments, risk mapping, and business continuity considerations across all programs6. Data, Integration & Platform AlignmentEnsure data quality, dashboard requirements, KPIs, and reporting frameworks are consistently structured across systems7. Continuous Improvement & Performance OptimizationPartner with program leads to define KPIs and performance measures for RLM, ICT, and Trust CenterBusiness process design & workflow optimization across multiple domains (risk, incident, controls, trust)Requirements gathering & documentation excellenceExperience with GRC platforms (e.g., Resolver, AuditBoard, internal assurance tools)Understanding of taxonomies, data models, and system integration conceptsFamiliarity with SOWs, enhancement cycles, governance processesProficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools
