Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist in Downtown Portland, OR, for a full-time, onsite role offering $75,000-$85,000 annually.Manage full cycle payroll for a medium-sized company (400+ employees)Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee dataHandle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesSupport year-end processes like tax filings and reportingAssist HR with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and terminationsPerform related payroll and HR duties as neededRequirements include 3+ years' payroll experience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
