Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Provide technical leadership for full-stack software development across engineering teams.• Drive architectural and technical design decisions for new features, services, and platforms.• Decompose complex requirements into actionable technical implementation plans.• Review and approve technical designs, code changes, and pull requests to ensure quality.• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution for complex production issues.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.• Demonstrated full-stack fluency across web (React/TypeScript), mobile/cross-platform (Flutter/Dart), and backend (Python/Node.js).• Minimum 2 years of hands-on AWS serverless experience with services like Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, and EventBridge.• Proven experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and serverless deployment patterns.• Track record of rapid prototyping using AI/GenAI tools in a professional environment.• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring small engineering teams.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($122,600 - $204,400) plus potential for additional compensation.• Flexible paid time off policies, including vacation, holidays, and wellness days.• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.• A culture that promotes quality, innovation, and collaboration.Apply via Haystack today!
