ECCA Payroll+ is a full-stack, HR service provider with solutions for payroll and tax; time and attendance; benefits administration; and employee management.
As the Timeclock Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for the successful deployment and integration of timeclock systems with new and existing customers. You will work closely with the customer service and IT departments to ensure that the timekeeping solutions meet the needs of the customer and comply with all relevant regulations. In addition, you will provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for end-users of the system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead the implementation of timeclock systems from initial planning to go-live.
· Configure system to comply with company policies and requirements.
· Integrate timekeeping solution with the ECCA Payroll+ HCM system.
· Develop and manage project timelines.
· Coordinate with various stakeholders, including Customer Service, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful implementation.
· Conduct training sessions for end-users.
· Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all timekeeping-related inquiries.
· Ensure timeclock systems comply with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
· Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Conduct regular audits of timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience in a related field
· At least 3 years of experience in timeclock system implementation and support.
· Experience with popular timeclock systems (e.g., Swipeclock, Kronos, ADP, TimeClock Plus) is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of timekeeping software and hardware.
· Proficiency in system integration and data migration.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
WORK ENVIROMENT
· On-site
· This position may require occasional local travel to various company locations
· Ability to lift and transport timeclock hardware as needed.
· Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Salary commensurate with experience.
