Implementation Engineer

What you'll do As an Implementation Engineer (Job Code #40095). You will provide guidance and support in the design, configuration, use and maintenance of Planisware software to customers. Provide recommendations on the implementation of the programs module for Planisware customers. Serve as liaison with Planisware’s development team in Paris to ensure that all US customer needs related to interfaces and rating/scoring processes are integrated into our core solutions. Train Planisware Account Manager, new hires and VAR consultants regarding the program management processes and modules of Planisware's software products.
