We are poised to leverage our strong leadership, innovative technology, and strategic partnerships to become the go-to destination for on-premise entertainment and marketing.Position Overview: Sales Operations AnalystThe SMB Sales Operations Analyst plays a hands-on role in ensuring SMB deals are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with defined sales processes. This role is deeply involved in order management, deal quality, Sales and CRM data integrity, and optimizing high-volume SMB sales activity.Reporting to the Director, Sales Execution, the Analyst works closely with SMB sales reps and cross-functional partners to identify friction points, develop and implement process improvement initiatives, and keep deals moving. In addition, this person will work cross-functionally to ensure maximum agility in bringing EverPass products and offers to the market, including identifying and leading AI initiatives across the Sales team.Key Responsibilities: Order Execution & Deal QualityManage SMB sales orders from submission through fulfillment readinessReview orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing correctness, and complianceEnter, update, and correct orders in CRM and related systemsManage order changes, amendments, cancellations, and correctionsServe as the first point of contact for SMB order-related questionsEscalate complex or non-standard issues to Sales team leadershipFacilitate seamless integration with external Sales partnersData Accuracy & CRM IntegrityEnsure SMB sales and order data is clean, complete, and reliableCorrect data errors that impact reporting or fulfillmentSupport data cleanup efforts across customers, accounts, and ordersMonitor recurring issues and surface root causesProcess Adherence, Ad-Hoc Analysis & Execution SupportExecute defined SMB sales processes consistently, across the various sales channelsOptimize workflows to support fast, high-volume executionSupport QA efforts by identifying error patternsAssist with testing and validation of system changesBuild Excel-based ad-hoc models to analyze partner contract economics, sales costs, revenue trends, and sales KPI trends.Identify and implement key initiatives leveraging AI to ensure maximum efficiency across the Sales functionAssist the Sales Training Manager in ensuring training materials and execution are aligned with business processes and systems capabilitiesWork with Product and Engineering to align Sales functions with key technology roadmaps with a focus on maximizing Sales executionWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Sales EnablementExperience supporting transactional or high-volume sales workflowsStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsExperience with CRM and order management systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong attention to detail and execution-focused mindsetBonus Points:Experience supporting SMB sales teamsBackground in sports media, streaming, or entertainmentStartup or high-growth company experienceExpected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $65,000 - $75,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
