Showing Agent – Full-TimeWolf and Kline Property Management is seeking a motivated, licensed Showing Agent to conduct property tours, assist approved applicants, and support the leasing process from start to finish. This role is primarily field-based and requires strong customer service skills, organization, and attention to detail.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pmLocation: Hybrid – Office & On The RoadKey ResponsibilitiesConduct property and storage unit showings for approved applicantsProvide accurate property information and guide applicants through the leasing processCollect deposits and assist in closing approved applicationsUpdate applicant and showing information in property management softwarePerform property walk-throughs and report maintenance concernsSupport leasing operations (lockboxes, keys, signage, scheduling, and follow-up)Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to respond to inquiries and maintain strong applicant communicationWhy This Role MattersThe Showing Agent plays a vital role in delivering a positive first impression of our properties and our company.
