You will support individuals in achieving greater independence and emotional well-being by:Fostering Independence: Help clients with daily activities like grocery shopping, cooking, and community involvement.Providing Essential Care: Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including two-person transfers and Hoyer lift use).Goal Achievement: Follow Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to help clients reach their personal milestones.Community Connection: Transport clients to appointments and local events.What We're Looking ForWe value compassion, reliability, and a heart for service.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.Physical ability to assist with client transfers.A positive, flexible attitude.About First Resources Corp.Founded in 1987, we are a mission-driven non-profit dedicated to enhancing lives across Southeast Iowa.
