Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Opportunity – Outpatient OnlyLocation: Clarksville, TN - Nashville 50mEmployment Type: Full-Time, EmployedPosition Highlights Outpatient-only primary care practice No inpatient responsibilities, obstetrics, or nursing home rounds Strong culture of teamwork, collegiality, and clinical excellence Emphasis on population health, quality metrics, and value-based care Excellent work-life balancePractice Overview Established group of 14 board-certified physicians Supported by 8 advanced practice providers Experienced team with success in population management strategies Stable, collaborative practice environmentSchedule & Call Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Average 20–25 patients per day Outpatient call approximately 1 week every 14 weeks Call period runs Monday evening through Sunday afternoon Call volume is typically very light, often zero to two callsCompensation & Incentives Compensation around the 75th percentile of MGMA benchmarks Additional earning potential through ACO and Medicare Advantage programs Revenue opportunities outside of standard visit-based careIdeal Candidate Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care Interested in long-term practice stability and work-life balanceCommunity Highlights Growing community with family-friendly amenities No state income tax Easy access to Nashville Excellent quality of life with time to enjoy life outside of work
