CDL Roll-Off Driver / Construction Support Delivery Driver

Job Description Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Roll-Off Driver to support our construction operations. This position is responsible for transporting roll-off dumpsters, hauling waste materials to approved landfill facilities, and delivering construction supplies, materials, and equipment to job sites. The ideal candidate is willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and assist with site logistics as needed.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSafely operate roll-off trucks and other company vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.Deliver, place, remove, and transport roll-off dumpsters to and from customer and construction sites.Haul debris and waste materials to designated landfill and disposal facilities.Ensure all dumpsters and transported materials are properly secured, covered, and compliant with transportation regulations before travel.Deliver construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to active job sites.Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs.Coordinate deliveries and pickups with project managers, foremen, and dispatch personnel.Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials when necessary.Inspect dumpsters for safety concerns and proper placement.Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles and equipment.Work safely during inclement weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold temperatures.Assist with snow, ice, mud, or debris removal around dumpsters and job sites when necessary to ensure safe access and operations.Dig out or clear dumpsters and equipment during adverse weather conditions to facilitate pickup and delivery operations.Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all job sites and customer locations.Perform other duties and construction support tasks as assigned.QualificationsValid CDL license.Acceptable driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.Experience operating roll-off trucks preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.Construction, material delivery, or equipment hauling experience is a plus.Working ConditionsFrequent driving and operation of commercial vehicles.Outdoor work in varying weather and job site conditions.Exposure to construction environments, landfills, mud, snow, dust, and uneven terrain.Occasional lifting, shoveling, digging, and other physical activities required to support operations and access equipment.
