Job Description:Elevate Healthcare Consultants is in need of a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide coverage during our CMOs maternity leave. With a location in the scenic Caswell County, NC, we serve patients from both VA and NC. Our schedule runs from Tuesday to Friday with varying hours, and you can expect to see between 4 to 19 patients per day.Our appointments are well-structured, giving ample time for both new and follow-up patients. We work with E-Clinical Works for our electronic medical records. With Elevate Healthcare Consultants, you will work alongside our supportive staff including a clinical care coordinator, Lab/Rad staff, and a scheduling assistant.Our patient age range spans from pediatrics to geriatrics.
