Loss Mitigation Underwriter

Candidate must have a full understanding in default underwriting specifically with loss mitigation retention and liquidation workouts.Candidate must have sustained experience (3 years+) as a Loss Mitigation Underwriter using numerous underwriting waterfall methodologies for loans held by the bank or its investors; Private, FNMA, FHLMC (GSE), or FHA, VA, USDA (GOV).Candidate must be able to underwrite all loss mitigation workout types assigned, with an emphasis on partial claims, VASP programs, repayment plans, forbearance plans and loan modifications.3+ years of experience in default servicing loss mitigation retention/liquidation underwriting3+ years of LoanServ experience, LoanSphere a plusBenefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life & Disability Insurances#1128United States Pay Range$27.00/hr - $49.00/hr USD
