As a Firmware Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to document system requirements for backend stack components or IoT applications Participate in new product development by being part of a cross-functional team involving hardware, software, SME professionals, and external partners Develop and test IoT systems development involving IoT edge devices and gateways QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical degreeC/C++ experienceExperience with embedded RTOS or bare-metal developmentExperience in serial communication protocols, such as UART, SPI, I2C Experience in ARM based microcontrollers, such as Microchip, NXP, Silicon Labs, or ST Micro Preferred QualificationsExperience in one or more of the following areas: bootstrap loader, embedded file systems, system controls, Linux, CAN Bus development, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP Experience with Bluetooth developmentThe salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
