Key Responsibilities:
•Manage a child caseload
•Maintain billable hours/weekwith strong administrative support
•Conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and update programming
•Supervise RBTs
•Deliver consistent parent training
•Ensure continuity of care
What You Bring to the Role:
•Strong ABA clinical competency , including treatment plan development, FBA writing, and supervision
• Ability to providea redacted FBA + treatment plan sampleto demonstrate writing quality and analytic reasoning
• Experience supportinghigh-need behavior cases(SIB, elopement, aggression, etc.)
• Confidence coaching parents and communicating clearly with caregivers
• ActiveBCBA
