Senior Quality Control Professional
Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a Senior Quality Control professional to lead and support quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer and internal quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015Lead Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities and prepare customer-ready documentationDevelop, update, and manage quality documentation including the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, and recordsManage calibration and gage control programs, including equipment procurement, calibration, and record maintenanceCollect, analyze, and report measurement data to identify trends, process capability, and improvement opportunitiesSupport receiving, in-process, and final inspections as neededCommunicate quality findings and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing and engineering teamsConduct routine audits to ensure quality processes are followed and effectivePromote a culture of quality and continuous improvement through data-driven decision makingQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environmentProficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gagesAbility to operate and understand a manual CMMMitutoyo experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of machining, manufacturing processes, and mechanical assemblyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Travel: OccasionalBenefitsFull401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysReporting Structure This position reports directly to the Quality Manager.
