Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Sales Support Specialist for a one of the largest Saas clients.Job Title: Sales Support SpecialistLocation: Hybrid in Newtown Square, PADuration: 12+ Months contractCustomer Renewals Center is driven by strong people, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset. Customer Renewals Executives play a key role in renewal strategy, commercial negotiations, and managing end-of-life or sunset product communications on behalf of our client.You will partner closely with Customer Engagement teams and internal commercial/legal stakeholders to ensure successful contract renewals and revenue continuity while delivering value-driven customer outcomes.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end renewal execution in partnership with Customer Engagement Executives and account teams Engage directly with customers to negotiate commercial terms and secure contract renewals Communicate and manage customer discussions related to product end-of-life or sunset scenarios Coordinate internally with legal, finance, and commercial teams to structure renewal deals Ensure all renewal processes and governance steps are followed accurately Track renewal pipeline, timelines, and customer commitments Support revenue retention and identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth Act as a representative of our client in customer-facing commercial discussions Must-Have RequirementsStrong communication skills (written and verbal) in English Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle structured commercial discussions Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to navigate web-based tools and internal systems Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in customer interactions Ability to learn and follow structured internal processes No prior experience in renewals or similar roles required Nice-to-Have RequirementsAdditional language skills beyond English Exposure to sales, customer service, account management, or commercial roles Understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or subscription-based business models Interest in contract negotiation, revenue management, or customer successEducationUniversity degree (Business, Commerce, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory)A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $30 - $32 Hourly on W2 (depending on experience)About us:Harvey Nash is a national, full-service talent management firm specializing in technology positions.
