Contract SourcerWe are seeking a highly proactive, results-driven Sourcer/Screener to step into a fully remote, 3-month contract engagement. This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can independently generate consistent, high-quality candidate flow across multiple concurrent searches. Compensation is $35–$38/hour, with an expected ~40 hours per week.This is a hands-on, execution-focused sourcing role where you will act as a key driver of pipeline health across multiple business segments. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent while maintaining steady candidate flow into active requisitions. The expectation is ownership of approximately 10 concurrent requisitions, balancing both high-volume sourcing and more targeted, strategic search efforts depending on hiring stage and urgency.A strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, along with the ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and pivot quickly across shifting hiring needs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and actively source for ~10 concurrent requisitions across different business unitsBuild and maintain consistent candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing strategiesScreen and qualify candidates, ensuring a steady flow of 5–10 strong candidates per requisitionAdapt sourcing strategy based on search stage (volume vs. precision targeting)Track candidate activity, maintain sourcing logs, and manage offline trackersProvide insight into pipeline health, including response rates and sourcing effectivenessPartner with internal recruiting teams to improve speed and reduce workload bottlenecksExercise judgment in prioritizing viable searches and reallocating effort where neededExperience & Qualifications3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experienceStrong, demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn RecruiterPrior experience in consulting or similar fast-paced, matrixed environments preferredComfortable supporting multiple requisitions across varied business functionsExperience hiring mid- to senior-level roles (Senior Consultant through Senior Director level)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independentlyEngagement DetailsDuration: 3 monthsHours: ~40 hours/week (no overtime expected)Location: Remote (U.S.-based); Central or Eastern time zones preferredEquipment: Laptop and LinkedIn Recruiter access providedBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
