You'll work across small and mid-sized accounts in key verticals including education, hospitality, and public institutions — building pipeline, managing relationships, and developing the skills to support growth in your sales career. This isn't a passive learning role. You'll be expected to prospect, engage, and close while working collaboratively with mentorship from experienced teammates. This is an entry point with quick potential for career expansion.This is a full time position that reports to the VP of Revenue.ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage new business opportunities — approximately 90% of your activity will be self-sourced.Manage your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping prospect records accurate, up to date, and forecast-ready.Engage with potential customers to communicate product value, handle objections, and negotiate deals with confidence.Work with senior account executives on proposals, contracts, and relationship management for larger accounts as you build your own book of business.Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's challenges and learn to build a compelling, ROI-driven case for Aunt Flow as the right partner.Partner with account management and operations to ensure new clients launch successfully and stay engaged long-term.Track industry trends, competitor activity, and buyer feedback and bring insights back to the team.Own and exceed a $300K annual new business quota.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field preferred — equivalent experience accepted.1–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.A hunter mentality with a genuine drive to prospect, follow up, and close.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong time management and organizational skills — you can juggle multiple prospects and priorities without dropping the ball.CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Slack, and Google Suite.Solid negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections with poise.Results-driven, outgoing, and highly organized — you set goals and hold yourself accountable.Coachable and self-aware — you take feedback seriously and apply it quickly.Interest in supporting a mission-driven, for-profit business expanding access to period care at scale.
