Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our members and leadership. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring efficient and organized work processes. Candidates should have experience in office administration and possess excellent customer service skills. Duties: Provide administrative support , including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital. Update facility bulletins, the facility website, and the facility calendar Manage office supplies and inventory and other office needs. Office should be kept organized and clean. Data entry and preparing annual reports. Preparing quarterly financial statements. Maintain member records, including membership and financial records. Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Confidentiality is required. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment. Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office . Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience with event planning and office management is an asset.
